Operations Supervisor
About the role The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and supporting the daily operations of all VERA Dental Clinic branches to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and quality service. The role serves as the extension of the Sales and Operations Manager by ensuring that operational directives are properly implemented across all branches. Key responsibilities Conduct regular branch visits and operational inspections Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards Ensure branches maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness Identify operational issues and immediately report findings to the Sales and Operations Manager Supervise and coach Branch Supervisors in their daily operational responsibilities Conduct scheduled and surprise branch audits Monitor compliance with infection control, sterilization, safety, and clinic standards Monitor patient service quality across all branches Review daily branch operational reports Serve as the primary communication link between Branch Supervisors and the Sales and Operations Manager Review daily branch operational reports Must be willing to travel across all VERA DENTAL Clinic branches for emergency duty and branch audit. Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
