This role requires a leader who can manage a fast-paced warehouse environment, resolve operational issues, and coordinate effectively with other departments. Key Responsibilities Warehouse/Fulfillment Supervise warehouse associates and oversee the accurate and timely picking, packing, labeling, and preparation of orders. Monitor order fulfillment, employee productivity, work quality, and inventory accuracy, addressing discrepancies and performance concerns. Conduct regular warehouse and order inspections to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to warehouse personnel. Maintain accurate operational records and prepare KPI reports on order accuracy, productivity, and inventory. Coordinate with Inventory and other departments to resolve concerns and ensure smooth operations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Receiving Supervise receiving personnel and ensure all inbound shipments are received completely, accurately, and on time based on purchase orders and product specifications. Oversee the inspection of incoming goods and ensure shortages, overages, damages, and other discrepancies are properly documented and resolved. Maintain inventory accuracy through FIFO/FEFO practices, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, audits, and accurate WMS or ERP entries. Ensure the proper identification and segregation of damaged, near-expiry, quarantined, and Loose From Set items. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient receiving area in compliance with 5S and applicable occupational safety and health standards. Train, coach, and evaluate receiving personnel while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Coordinate with Procurement, Inventory Control, suppliers, and logistics providers to resolve delivery concerns. Prepare receiving and inventory reports and recommend improvements in workflow, space utilization, staffing, and system use. Dispatch Supervise dispatch personnel and ensure outgoing orders are completely, accurately, and promptly checked, staged, loaded, documented, and released. Verify that orders match approved documents, destinations, recipient details, and delivery instructions before dispatch. Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, vehicle assignments, loading arrangements, drivers, couriers, and other concerned departments. Monitor deliveries, delays, unsuccessful deliveries, rejected orders, and returned products, and ensure issues are properly documented and resolved. Ensure the timely return and proper turnover of signed delivery receipts, proof of delivery, collection documents, and other accountable records. Maintain accurate dispatch logs and prepare reports on dispatch accuracy, delivery completion, discrepancies, returns, and team productivity. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient dispatch and loading area in compliance with 5S and applicable occupational safety and health standards. Train, coach, and evaluate dispatch personnel while identifying process improvements to reduce errors, delays, product damage, and incomplete documentation. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, logistics, or supply chain management Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to optimize warehouse operations. Sound knowledge of warehouse management systems Proficiency in using computer applications, such as MS Office suite and inventory management software.
