Operations Supervisor
Job Description Supervise daily logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely movement of shipments. Monitor inbound, outbound, delivery, and dispatch activities. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, drivers, truckers, and other departments. Monitor manpower, productivity, and operational performance. Address delays, shipment discrepancies, and operational issues promptly. Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports. Lead, train, and evaluate operations staff to maintain service quality and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics or operations , preferably in a supervisory position. Knowledge of logistics, warehouse, shipping, and delivery processes. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics/warehouse systems. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.
