Manage daily manpower operations Supervise coordinators and field personnel Monitor attendance and employee performance Conduct field and outlet monitoring Coordinate with clients and store management Handle operational and employee concerns Review and consolidate operational reports Coordinate deployment, replacement, and pullout activities Ensure compliance with company and client policies Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency Other Operations task that will be assigned time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field At least 2–3 years of experience in operations, manpower, retail, or merchandising Experience in supervising field personnel, coordinators, or merchandisers is an advantage Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Willing to conduct regular field visits and outlet monitoring Flexible and willing to work on weekends or holidays when required by operations Ability to commute/relocate: Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
