Oversee day-to-day operational activities. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion. Coordinate with drivers and other relevant teams. Address operational issues and resolve day-to-day concerns promptly. Monitor attendance, productivity, and work performance of operations staff. Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures. Prepare and submit daily operational reports. Maintain smooth and efficient workflow within the operations team. Qualifications Previous experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to supervise and manage a team effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and willing to handle day-to-day operational concerns.
