The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience , preferably with supervisory or managerial experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and team activities. Assign tasks and monitor attendance, productivity, and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Address operational issues and coordinate solutions. Prepare operational reports and performance updates. Coach and support team members. Coordinate with management and other departments. Recommend improvements to increase efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience. Supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Willing to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Willing to work in Pulilan, Bulacan . Available to start ASAP.
