Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will take ownership of day-to-day operational execution across our UK and European operations, including warehousing, logistics, inventory and order fulfilment. This is a key operational role for someone who is comfortable working independently, solving problems and driving improvements. You will work closely with our 3PL and logistics partners and internal teams to ensure reliable service, accurate stock and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities · Oversee day-to-day UK and European operations, including warehousing, logistics, inventory and order fulfilment. · Manage relationships and performance with 3PL, warehouse and transport partners, ensuring agreed KPIs and SLAs are achieved. · Monitor 3PL performance including stock accuracy, inbound/outbound performance, dispatch performance and service levels. · Take ownership of operational issues, investigate root causes and drive corrective actions through to completion. · Manage stock control, cycle counts, stock takes and inventory reconciliations. · Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfilment. · Improve operational processes, SOPs and controls, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs. · Support NetSuite and other operational projects, including testing, process improvements and data accuracy. · Provide regular operational reporting and follow-up of actions to the Head of Operations. · Supervise and coordinate the SalesHub customer service/admin function and warehouse activities. About The Candidate · 5+ years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, warehousing or a related environment. · Proven experience managing 3PLs, warehouses and transport providers. · Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment. · Strong Excel and data analysis skills. · Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite or SAP experience would be an advantage. · Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach. · Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of problems. · Previous supervisory or people-management experience.
