Core Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Site Management Lead and supervise all car park personnel across assigned site locations. Conduct regular field audits (4–5 site visits weekly) and enforce adherence to Local Operating Procedures (LOP) and safety policies. Deliver monthly report analyses, operational recommendations, and ensure weekend/holiday operational support. 2. Financial & Sales Performance Drive car park profitability by maximizing sales yield and minimizing operational expenses. Oversee daily cash collections, sales updates, and financial compliance to prevent revenue leakage. Identify underperforming or loss-incurring sites and implement immediate turnaround strategies. 3. Staff Management & Leadership Set clear operational targets and evaluate site staff performance regularly. Conduct performance coaching, appraisals, and coordinate with HR for up-skilling, re-skilling, and promotions. Enforce strict grooming standards and ensure 100% manpower deployment and productivity. 4. Business Strategy & Support Collaborate with Marketing to execute promotional initiatives and yield-pricing strategies. Assist Business Development in strategic planning, proposal preparation, and operational rollouts for new site acquisitions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent. Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations management, supervisory roles, or retail operations. Requirements: Strong leadership, and willingness to report onsite at the Ortigas Head Office with frequent field deployment.
