The role ensures efficient loan processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and high service quality across teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the operations team (loan processing, disbursement, collections). Ensure compliance with BSP and SEC regulations . Prepare and review reports, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency. Represent and present the company during SEC assessments and audits. Coordinate with other departments for process alignment and improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in Fintech or lending . Strong understanding of SEC and BSP compliance . Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
