Lead, monitor, and provide guidance to operations personnel to ensure proper performance and compliance. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, department rules, and operational standards. Address and monitor operational issues, CRA concerns, and employee/client concerns, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders regarding operational concerns and requirements. Prepare, review, and submit accurate operational reports and maintain proper records and documentation. Track action items from meetings, site visits, and operational activities to ensure completion. Ensure proper processing and documentation of Operations-related transactions. Escalate critical issues to management and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and quality service within the Operations team. JOB QUALIFICATION Licensed Engineer - preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field. With experience in IFM, facilities management, engineering or property operations. Strong technical and operational knowledge. Strong leadership and people-management skills, particularly in handling external employees. Excellent communication, coordination, and client-management skills. Firm, professional, and capable of handling conflict and operational pressure. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and accountability. Must have a motorcycle. JOB SPECIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE At least 1 year of experience in Operations, Facilities Management, Property Management, Manpower Services, or Engineering related field. Experience in preparing operational reports, incident reports, and performance evaluations.
