Operations Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, preferably HRM or Management course, with MBA an advantage 2-5 years of hotel operations experience , with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position . Facilitates and inspires collaboration across the wider organization; with owners and external partners Ability to make sound judgment, possess superior decision-making and problem-solving skills Display executive presence amongst corporate office, owners/shareholders and customers Well-developed negotiating and persuading abilities Possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with to all stakeholders Critical thinking and ability to resolve complex and escalated issues Possess project management experience Understanding basic accounting principles and processes Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective presentation and facilitation skills Benefits: Employee discount Free parking Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Staff meals provided Work Location: In person
