We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead process-improvement projects that boost efficiency and profitability, and to serve as one of our facility's food safety leaders.This is a project-driven position. Our day-to-day production runs smoothly under an experienced team, so you'll spend your time identifying opportunities and leading initiatives — not managing the daily production floor. What You'll Do Lead initiatives to reduce product returns from wholesale retail partners by analyzing order patterns, shelf life, and delivery timing Improve production planning so output is better matched to confirmed customer orders, reducing excess unsold product Evaluate and streamline our order fulfillment and delivery process to improve on-time, complete deliveries Partner directly with ownership on additional efficiency and cost-saving projects as they arise Serve as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), a food-safety leadership role recognized under FDA regulations, overseeing our food safety program alongside our existing food safety team What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing operations, production planning, or supply chain management in an FDA-regulated environment Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) certification required Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification a plus A track record of spotting inefficiencies and driving measurable operational improvements Comfort working with data — sales, returns, production volumes — to guide decisions Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with ownership and production staff Bilingual Candidate - Spanish Pay: $52,787.18 - $63,571.66 per year Work Location: In person
