The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, supervising technicians and support staff, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring rebuilt trucks are completed efficiently and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily truck rebuilding, repair, refurbishment, and production activities. Plan and assign work to mechanics, technicians, fabricators, electricians, painters, and other shop personnel. Monitor workflow, productivity, job progress, and completion schedules. Ensure rebuilt trucks meet company quality standards and customer specifications. Inspect work in progress and coordinate troubleshooting of mechanical and technical issues. Work closely with parts, purchasing, warehouse, and service teams to ensure availability of required materials. Maintain accurate records of work orders, labor, parts usage, production output, and vehicle status. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce downtime and rework. Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and technical capabilities. Manage manpower allocation, overtime, attendance, and daily shop activities. Coordinate final inspection and road-readiness checks before delivery. Report production status, delays, quality issues, and operational concerns to management.
