Operations Supervisor
Rapide is looking for an Operations Supervisor who can help manage day-to-day branch operations, keep the team organized, and make sure customers receive fast and quality service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations and workflow Monitor technicians and service staff performance Ensure jobs are completed properly and on time Coordinate with customers regarding service concerns and updates Monitor sales, productivity, inventory, and operational targets Help maintain proper shop standards, cleanliness, safety, and discipline Support the team in resolving operational and customer service issues Prepare basic reports and provide updates to management Qualifications: Preferably with experience in automotive service, repair shop, dealership, or similar operations Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage Good communication and people management skills Organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive servicing and parts is a strong advantage Customer-focused and results-driven Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
