Operations Supervisor – Road Mapping & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily road mapping and field survey operations.
• Plan and optimize routes for field teams to ensure efficient coverage and minimize travel time and operational costs.
• Coordinate deployment of mapping vehicles, drivers, surveyors, and field personnel.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational schedules based on project requirements and mapping priorities.
• Monitor field teams and track progress against assigned routes and targets.
• Ensure vehicles, GPS devices, cameras, mapping equipment, and other operational tools are available and in good working condition.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, fuel requirements, maintenance, and transportation logistics.
• Monitor GPS/location data and field activities to ensure routes are completed accurately and safely.
• Review field reports, mapping data, photographs, and route completion records for quality and completeness.
• Identify operational issues, route restrictions, road closures, access limitations, and other field challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, government authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders when required.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, vehicle movements, personnel assignments, equipment, fuel consumption, and project progress.
• Ensure all field activities comply with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and local traffic regulations.
• Investigate delays, incidents, incomplete routes, and operational discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Support workforce planning, training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of field teams.
• Coordinate emergency responses and operational changes when required.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve route planning, logistics efficiency, productivity, and operational costs.

Operations Supervisor – Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and service targets.
• Allocate manpower and tasks according to operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock handling and documentation.
• Conduct and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and material-handling tools.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, organization, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable health and safety requirements.
• Monitor order fulfillment, dispatch accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, customer service, and other departments.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Identify process improvements that can reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase warehouse efficiency.
• Handle operational problems and escalate significant issues to the Warehouse/Operations Manager.
• Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Work Location: In person
