Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire operations function. Head the operations team and hold overall responsibility for all operational activities, outcomes, and performance.
• Manage and direct the operations team. Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, and develop team members. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and address issues promptly.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily workflows, resource allocation, and service or project delivery to meet quality, timeline, and budget targets.
• Own operational performance and KPIs. Define, track, and report on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage escalations and problem-solving. Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, and resolve them or coordinate resolution quickly and effectively.
• Enforce processes, standards, and compliance. Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments. Work closely with sales, technical, finance, and client teams to align operational delivery with business goals.
• Manage budgets and resources. Monitor operational costs, manage inventory, equipment, and vendor/subcontractor relationships where relevant.
• Management reporting. Provide regular updates, performance reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proven experience in an operations supervisory or management role, ideally within integrated technical services, IT, or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team and being accountable for overall operational results.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with operations or project management tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A valid UAE driving licence

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
