Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, quality, and timelines. Ensure construction work follows approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and company policies. Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions. Prepare progress and operational reports and ensure proper project documentation. Lead and evaluate site personnel to ensure efficient and productive operations. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or related field. Preferably a Licensed Engineer (PRC) . With 3–5 years of experience in construction operations, site supervision, or project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, safety, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical documents. Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in MS Office ; knowledge of AutoCAD or construction/project management software is an advantage. Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required like Carmona Cavite.
