Operations Supervisor
Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling, efficient workflow, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching Ensure accurate inventory control and proper documentation of all movements Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational targets Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely submission of deliverables Lead and guide warehouse staff to ensure proper execution of tasks Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with processes and procedures Report operational issues, variances, and improvement opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field At least 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge in inventory control and warehouse systems is an advantage Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious Ability to work in shifting schedules if needed Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Work Location: In person
