The Position: Operations Supervisor Location: Chicagoland - (Bolingbrook, IL) Shift: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 5:00PM-1:00AM Must be able to train on 1st shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000-$80,000 Essential Functions: Coach, manage, and develop a team of 25-100 associates Communicate policies to your team and act as the primary information source for the team- maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality Create daily shift plans and execute shift operations Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean working environment Maintain adequate levels of supplies required to fill foreseeable needs Complete all necessary administrative duties in a timely manner Work overtime depending on business needs Inspire and lead a wide variety of employees to work together for the shared business goals Qualifications: 1-3 years as a Warehouse/Distribution/Shift Supervisor, managing 10+ employees Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred Adept at the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to analyze and dive deep into data to provide thought-provoking, workable business solutions.
