This is a portfolio-level leadership role responsible for ensuring that projects and operational initiatives are properly prioritized, coordinated, monitored, and aligned with the Company's strategic and operational objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will: Manage and maintain the Company's integrated portfolio of projects, programs, and major operational initiatives Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables Support Senior Management in project prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio decision-making Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting, monitoring, and control systems Identify projects that are delayed, over budget, under-resourced, or at risk and recommend appropriate corrective actions Coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, Finance, Procurement, HSE, Sustainability, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders Monitor project budgets, actual expenditures, forecasts, and significant variances in coordination with Finance Prepare portfolio dashboards, executive reports, presentations, and decision-support materials for Senior Management Promote standardized project-management practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement QUALIFICATIONS ✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Management , or a related field ✔ Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience ✔ At least 5 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, portfolio management, operations management, or a comparable role ✔ Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating multiple concurrent projects or major operational initiatives ✔ Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource management, and management reporting ✔ Experience working with cross-functional technical and operational teams PREFERRED Experience in: Mining or mineral processing Construction or engineering Energy or oil & gas Manufacturing or other heavy industries Remote/site-based operations Capital projects and major operational improvement initiatives Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, engineering license, MBA, or risk/project management certifications are an advantage.
