We create immersive brand activations, exhibition experiences, and event technology for brands and agencies across the GCC. We are hiring an Operations Coordinator / Project Manager on a 3 month contract to support our production team through a busy delivery period. What you will do Coordinate day-to-day delivery of live projects: brand activations, exhibition stands and event technology installs Own project timelines, task lists and status updates across creative, technology and production Manage suppliers, fabricators and freelancers: quotes, bookings, deliveries and on site coordination Handle logistics for builds and events: venue access, permits, transport, crew schedules and equipment movement Be on site for site visits, installs, live days and derigs Track project costs against approved budgets and flag overruns early Support the project lead with clear, timely client communication Keep project documentation current: schedules, risk assessments, supplier lists, and post-event wrap-ups What we are looking for 3+ years in event, exhibition or experiential production; agency side preferred Comfortable running several projects at once under tight deadlines Experience with technology-heavy builds: LED, projection, AV, interactive installations Established supplier and vendor network in the UAE Fluent English; Arabic is a plus Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the UAE, occasionally KSA Available for evening and weekend work during installs and live events Based in Dubai and able to start immediately This role is for 3 months, full-time, Dubai-based, with possible extension based on performance and pipeline Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you currently based in Dubai and available to start within two weeks?
