# Operations Program Manager **Radii Global Sdn Bhd** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Operations Program Manager will lead end-to-end operations and supply chain activities for consumer hardware programs, ensuring factory readiness, NPI execution, production ramp, cost, quality, and supply continuity. Key Responsibilities Own all Operations and Supply Chain workstreams for assigned consumer hardware programs. Lead factory ramp management , including ramp planning, factory readiness reviews, and yield ramp tracking. Develop and manage NPI program schedules , covering PRD, hardware milestones, builds, and mass-production ramp. Partner directly with Asia-based contract manufacturers (CMs) to drive schedule, quality, yield, and cost commitments. Track and manage BoM cost, manufacturing cost, inventory targets , and overall program cost objectives. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including component EOL, sole-source dependencies, geopolitical risks, and supply shortages. Hold CMs accountable for program deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and cost targets. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, planning, and operations. Provide clear program status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Support product transitions involving simultaneous EOL and NPI activities . Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations, supply chain resilience, and factory performance. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or another relevant technical field. 5+ years of relevant experience , preferably 7+ years in operations or supply chain program management. Experience in a consumer hardware / consumer electronics environment . Proven single-threaded ownership of Operations and Supply Chain workstreams. Strong experience in factory ramp, NPI, production planning, and mass-production readiness. Experience working directly with Asia-based CMs such as Foxconn, Pegatron, BYD, Luxshare , or equivalent manufacturers. Strong understanding of supply chain risk management and component lifecycle risks. Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule, quality, and production targets. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Previous TPM/System TPM experience before transitioning to OPM. Experience with Apple or Samsung mass-production ramps. APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent certification. S&OP and demand-supply balancing experience. Contract negotiation experience with CMs or component suppliers. Sustainability/carbon footprint experience in manufacturing. Multi-generational product transition experience. MBA or advanced business degree. Mandarin or Vietnamese language skills.
