Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence. Ocean Import Operations (Intra-Asia) – 30% Manage ocean import shipments within the Intra-Asia trade lane. Handle shipment data entry, import declaration processing, billing, and documentation. Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the import operation process. Key Account Operations – 70% Manage operational activities for a designated key account with weekly billing requirements. Ensure timely and accurate billing, data maintenance, and reporting. Maintain customer records and operational data through Excel-based tracking and monitoring. Support account requirements and ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution. Requirements F5 / HKDSE or above 2-4 years' experience in freight forwarder, ocean export Able to work independent, self-motivation, diligent & good team player Highly committed to deliver results despite working deadline and overtime Hand on experience in operating Cargowise is an advantage Able to communicate in spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required Proficient in computer skills, MS Office application, Office 365, Outlook etc. Short notice is highly preferred Interested parties please click 'APPLY NOW' with your full resume including date of available with present and expected salary (is a must).
