# Operations Officer (Construction) **3E Hitech Solutions Inc.** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate between project managers, site supervisors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation, identifying and addressing any deviations or inefficiencies Implement and maintain standardized operational procedures and best practices across all construction projects Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, metrics and documentation for management review Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships and inventory to optimize resource availability and cost-effectiveness Support project planning activities, including timelines, resource requirements and risk assessments Liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities to address operational concerns and maintain stakeholder relationships Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, environmental standards and health and safety requirements QULIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination or site management Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and industry best practices Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams Sound understanding of construction safety standards, regulations and compliance requirements Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions Experience with budget management and cost control is highly desirable Knowledge of Filipino construction regulations and local building codes is advantageous Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
