Operations Officer Company: MG Lanting Security Specialist Agency, Inc. Location: Malate, Manila Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an Operations Officer to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our security personnel and ensure that security services are properly implemented at client sites. Key Responsibilities Monitor the daily deployment and attendance of security guards. Coordinate with Security Supervisors, Area Managers, and client representatives. Ensure that all assigned posts are properly staffed and operational. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Address operational issues, guard concerns, and client requests promptly. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Monitor guard performance, discipline, and compliance with company procedures. Assist in scheduling, reliever arrangements, and personnel deployment. Investigate and document incidents, violations, and security-related concerns. Ensure that security guards comply with post orders and client-specific requirements. Coordinate training, briefings, and operational meetings when necessary. Maintain good working relationships with clients and security personnel. Perform other operational duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Management, or a related field is an advantage. With experience in security operations, manpower operations, or a security agency. Experience supervising or coordinating security guards is preferred. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of security procedures and basic labor/administrative policies. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Willing to conduct field/site visits. Willing to work flexible hours and respond to operational concerns when needed. Highly organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
