This role works closely with management to achieve operational goals, improve service quality, optimize resources, and support business growth while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the ongoing projects, including project execution, maintenance, repairs, and service activities. Develop operational plans, budgets, performance targets, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, business partners, and workers to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Supervise and mentor technical and administrative personnel while fostering professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Prepare operational reports, analyze performance, identify business growth opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. At least five (5) years of experience in operations management, preferably in the elevator, escalator, construction, or building services industry. Strong leadership, project coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and perform efficiently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of elevator installation, preventive maintenance, repair, modernization, safety standards, and fluency in English is an advantage.
