Operations Officer Job Summary We are looking for an Operations Officer who will oversee assigned security detachments, ensuring proper manpower, equipment, documentation, and compliance with company and client requirements. The role involves site supervision, client coordination, incident management, manpower planning, and ensuring that operational concerns are properly addressed and resolved. Key Responsibilities Oversee assigned new and existing security detachments and ensure complete manpower, working equipment, and compliance with client requirements. Coordinate with Detachment Commanders (DCs) and HR regarding guard deployment, leaves, licensing, and manpower requirements. Review and monitor Terms of Reference (TOR) and ensure that required manpower, equipment, and deliverables are provided. Ensure security guards have valid and active licenses and coordinate timely replacements for expiring licenses. Ensure required operational documents and licenses are available and valid at each detachment. Monitor and follow up on operational requests through the Online Request and Query Form (RQF) and JIRA. Conduct regular site inspections and assess guard performance, proper uniform, post procedures, equipment, and compliance with client and company policies. Supervise and coach Detachment Commanders and address incorrect or non-compliant procedures. Review reports submitted by Detachment Commanders for completeness, accuracy, and timely submission. Handle and coordinate responses to incidents, including site validation and investigation for incidents requiring further action. Communicate with clients regarding concerns, requests, incidents, and the status of operational deliverables. Maintain good working relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments when necessary. Conduct or coordinate risk and threat assessments and provide appropriate recommendations. Assist in the deployment, transport, and endorsement of security guards when required. Support security guards with operational requirements such as housing, uniforms, medical requirements, and licensing. Participate in security guard training, firing range exercises, general formations, JTI, and other required company training. Assist other Operations Officers during large events, new accounts, and large-scale deployments. Prepare and submit required operational reports, including inspection reports, MMCR, DTR, manpower schedules, roster of troops, violation reports, PDRs, and risk and threat assessments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Criminology, or a related field is an advantage. Experience in security operations, manpower management, field operations, or a related role. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Good communication and client-handling skills. Able to conduct site inspections and work in different client locations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Able to handle multiple operational concerns and work under pressure. Willing to travel to assigned client locations as needed. Must be flexible and reachable during emergencies when required.
