Job Title Operations Managers Location Auckland, New Zealand Employment Type 2x Full-time, permanent (minimum 30 hours per week) Day and Night Shifts Operation Managers. Job Purpose The Operations Manager will oversee the company’s operational activities related to product sourcing, export coordination, distributor management, and logistics processes. The role ensures efficient execution of export operations, coordination of contractors, and smooth delivery of products to international markets. Key Responsibilities / Duties The Operations Manager will be responsible for: Planning and coordinating day-to-day operational activities relating to export and distribution of bottled water products Supervising and coordinating external contractors involved in logistics, documentation, sales support, and distribution activities Managing export processes including shipment scheduling, logistics coordination, and distributor order fulfilment Liaising with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and international distributors to ensure timely shipment of products Monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements to operational workflows and processes Overseeing compliance requirements related to export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade requirements Reviewing and approving operational records including shipment documentation, operational reports, and contractor work outputs Coordinating with suppliers and production partners to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment Maintaining operational planning and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across company activities Preparing operational reports and updates for company management regarding export activities and performance Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support business growth in international markets Skills and Experience Applicants should demonstrate: Relevant qualification in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent work experience Experience in operations management, logistics coordination, or export-related business activities Strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to coordinate multiple operational activities and contractors simultaneously Strong communication and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
