Job Summary The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising day-to-day waste management operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with health and safety requirements, customer satisfaction, and effective utilization of manpower, vehicles, equipment, and other resources. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily waste collection, transportation, segregation, and disposal operations. Plan manpower, routes, vehicles, equipment, and operational resources. Lead and monitor supervisors, drivers, operators, and field staff. Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and company requirements. Monitor service quality, productivity, operational costs, and client satisfaction. Handle client requirements, complaints, and operational issues effectively. Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions where required. Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs. Coordinate with HSE, HR, Maintenance, Procurement, and other departments. Requirements: ✅ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Operations, Business Administration, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field. ✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience in waste management, facility management, environmental services, logistics, or similar operations. ✅ Proven experience managing manpower, fleet, multiple sites, and field operations. ✅ Strong knowledge of HSE and waste management practices. ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Qatar/GCC experience is preferred. ✅ Qatar Driving License is an advantage Interested candidates: Please send your CV gopika@primez.qa Work Location: In person
