Operations Manager - Trampoline Park
Big Air Bolingbrook is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help lead day-to-day operations at our brand-new family entertainment park. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape how the park runs — from pre-opening through launch and beyond. What You'll Do Oversee daily park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Supervise, schedule, and support Team Members during shifts Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with park policies Assist with inventory, equipment checks, and facility maintenance coordination Onboard and train new Team Members during the pre-opening period Help coordinate birthday parties, group events, and special promotions Step in to resolve guest concerns and escalations What We're Looking For Prior experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or entertainment management preferred Strong leadership and team supervision skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Comfortable with scheduling, basic reporting, and operational systems Available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Schedule & Pay $18.00/hour Part-time during pre-opening (first month) — supporting setup, hiring, and training Transitions to full-time once the park opens Why Join Us Help build operations for a brand-new park from the ground up Step into a leadership role with room to grow as the business expands Be part of a fun, fast-paced, community-focused team Pay: $17.80 - $18.01 per hour Work Location: In person
