We provide services across accounting, bookkeeping, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, audit, AML compliance and related financial advisory services. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our tax and accounting practice. The role will focus on ensuring smooth service delivery, effective team management, process improvement, quality control and timely completion of client work. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across Accounting, Tax, VAT and Audit functions. Manage team performance, workload allocation and resource planning. Monitor service delivery, deadlines, productivity and operational KPIs. Develop and improve SOPs, workflows and quality-control processes. Implement effective maker-checker and review mechanisms. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth client service delivery. Handle operational escalations and support client satisfaction and retention. Prepare management reports and provide operational insights to senior management. Support recruitment, training and development of team members. Drive process automation and effective use of ERP/cloud accounting systems. Ensure operational processes align with applicable UAE tax and compliance requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. 5–8+ years of relevant experience , preferably within a UAE tax consultancy, accounting, audit or professional-services firm. Proven experience managing teams and day-to-day professional-services operations. Good working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and FTA processes . Experience developing SOPs, workflows and quality-control processes. Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP, CRM or cloud accounting systems. Excellent English communication and stakeholder-management skills. Currently based in the UAE. CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or similar professional qualification/part-qualification will be an advantage.
