The ideal candidate will lead restaurant teams, maintain high service and food-quality standards, manage scheduling and inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential , along with previous restaurant management experience. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and hospitality is a plus. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements College graduate in Business Management, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in a Japanese dining or restaurant setup. ( 2-3 years ) Proven experience managing daily restaurant operations and staff. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations. Qualifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining customs, and service standards. Experience with staff scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and cost control. Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
