# OPERATIONS MANAGER – SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION **United Technology & Trading Company** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role OPERATIONS MANAGER – SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 16,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the company’s overall swimming pool construction operations. - Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple swimming pool projects from start to completion. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. - Ensure project progress and payment certifications are in line with the approved project schedule/program and actual site progress . - Lead and coordinate Project Engineers, Site Teams, and subcontractors. - Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and site requirements. - Ensure the profitability of each project by maintaining productivity, controlling project costs, and minimizing wastage of manpower, materials, time, and other resources. - Monitor site productivity and implement corrective actions where performance or resource utilization is below the required level. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Review project schedules, budgets, variations, payment certifications, and overall project performance. - Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, safety requirements, and company procedures. - Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to avoid project delays and cost overruns. - Provide regular operational, project progress, and profitability reports to management. Mandatory Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in swimming pool construction and project operations . - Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory. - Society of Engineers (SOE) Membership/Certification – Mandatory. - Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineering Certification/Registration – Mandatory. - Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction, MEP systems, filtration systems, waterproofing, and related works. - Proven experience managing multiple construction projects and site teams. - Strong understanding of project scheduling, progress monitoring, payment certification, and project controls. - Strong commercial awareness with the ability to control costs and maintain project profitability. - Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements. - Strong communication and client-management skills. - Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred. Salary: AED 16,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Only candidates meeting all mandatory requirements and having relevant swimming pool construction experience will be considered. Pay: AED16,000.00 per month Education: - Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: - swimming pool project: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: - SOE/ DM Engineer certification (Required) - UAE driving license (Required) Work Location: In person
