Overview We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager/Roofer to lead our roofing projects with enthusiasm and precision. This role combines hands-on roofing expertise with management responsibilities, overseeing daily operations, supervising teams, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervising experience, and proficiency with project planning tools . Duties Lead and supervise roofing teams on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Plan, schedule, and coordinate roofing operations using Primavera P6 or similar project management software Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs using a variety of materials such as tiles, slates, and flat roofing systems Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of jobs Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement solutions promptly Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout each project Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth workflow Requirements Proven management experience in roofing or construction environments Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams on-site Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management tools for scheduling and resource planning Strong knowledge of different roofing systems and materials Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance practices Valid certification or license relevant to roofing operations (preferred) Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in roofing services!
