This person will oversee day-to-day operations across retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, inventory and production while helping the founder and team stay focused, accountable and moving forward. Core responsibilities - Oversee daily store and e-commerce operations - Manage order fulfillment, shipping and packing workflow - Maintain accurate inventory and replenishment systems - Coordinate production schedules and vendor follow-up - Manage and support existing team members - Build weekly priorities and make sure projects get completed - Improve operational systems and processes - Monitor Shopify operational issues and order flow - Help prepare weekly reports on sales, inventory and operational priorities - Identify bottlenecks before they become problems - Work closely with the founder to translate ideas into execution - Qualifications - 3–7+ years in operations, retail management, e-commerce, fashion, consumer goods or a founder-led company - Strong organizational and project-management skills - Experience managing people - Comfortable with Shopify and e-commerce systems - Inventory and fulfillment experience - Strong written and verbal communication - Able to prioritize independently - Comfortable working in a fast-moving small business - High attention to detail - Calm under pressure - Preferred experience - Fashion or lifestyle brand - Shopify - Klaviyo - Production or apparel manufacturing - Wholesale operations - Inventory-management software - Small-business or startup environment - Education - Don’t make a college degree mandatory.Use: - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Equivalent experience welcomed. - Operations management: 3 years preferred - Retail or e-commerce: 3 years preferredPeople management: 2 years preferred Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
