We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our day-to-day operations across both plumbing and electrical. This is more than a scheduling or office-management role. You’ll be a key part of building the systems, processes, and team that will support our next stage of growth. Responsibilities As our Operations Manager, you’ll help make sure our residential service and installation operations run efficiently from the first customer call through job completion. You’ll be responsible for: Leading the daily operations of our plumbing and electrical service & install teams Managing scheduling, dispatching, routing, and job coordination Keeping technicians productive, supported, and equipped to succeed Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), job costing, revenue, and operational performance Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and profitability Building and improving operational processes as the company grows Supporting recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and technician development Helping establish accountability and performance expectations across the field Ensuring work is completed safely, professionally, and according to company standards Maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and service quality Working closely with ownership on growth initiatives, staffing, systems, and strategic planning Helping create the structure and infrastructure needed to scale a growing home-services business Requirements Our ideal candidate has: 3–5+ years of operations, management, or leadership experience Experience in residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or another home-services industry preferred Experience managing field technicians or service teams Strong understanding of scheduling, dispatch, and field operations Experience with CRM or field-service management software Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A strong problem-solving mindset A track record of improving processes and operational efficiency A high level of accountability and ownership The ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable If you’re an experienced operations leader who wants to play a major role in scaling a growing residential plumbing and electrical company, we want to hear from you.
