Operations Manager (Quick Service Restaurants) - Tagalog Speaker

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – QSR to oversee and drive the performance of multiple restaurant operations across the UAE.

The role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving business performance, maintaining quality and compliance standards, developing operational teams, and supporting the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strong QSR professional with experience in multi-unit operations, team management, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned QSR locations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales, budgets, resource allocation, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Supervisors and restaurant teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support manpower planning and employee development.
• Ensure consistent standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health and safety, legal, and company requirements.
• Analyze operational data, customer trends, and performance results to support decision-making.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Support new initiatives, projects, and business expansion as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar QSR operations role .
• Strong background in managing multiple restaurant locations.
• Good understanding of P&L, budgeting, cost control, operational KPIs, and resource planning .
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• UAE/GCC QSR experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

This is a field-based operational role requiring frequent visits to restaurant locations. The position may involve extended periods of standing and walking and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
