THE COMPANY Our Client is a High-Tech Precision Manufacturing Company that has just expanded into the Philippines. The company combines engineering expertise, automation, software, data and smart manufacturing technologies to deliver high-quality, complex components and moulding solutions for demanding global customers. The business is now strengthening its leadership team in the Philippines and is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take a key role in driving the next stage of operational growth. Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Philippines Reports to: Senior Operations Director Position Summary Fully responsible for the operations of our factory in the Philippines. Lead and align the production, planning, and materials control teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee injection molding production, mold maintenance, post-processing, and packaging; drive improvements in efficiency, cycle time, scrap rate, and OEE. Resolve process and quality issues; drive process standardization and parameter locking. Manage production planning and scheduling to ensure supply-demand alignment and on-time delivery. Manage procurement of raw materials, auxiliary materials, mold components, equipment, and MRO items; develop suppliers and control procurement costs and inventory. Maintain ISO 9001 system and ensure compliance with Philippine DOLE, PEZA, and EHS regulations. Prepare and monitor operations budget; drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Management. 10+ years of manufacturing operations management experience, with 5+ years in injection molding production management. Completed RJG Scientific Molding Training. Hands-on experience in production planning and procurement; familiar with PMC and supply chain management. Proficient in lean manufacturing tools with a proven track record of continuous improvement projects. Strong team leadership; good Chinese and English communication skills; willing to be based long-term in the Philippines. Experience in the Philippines or Southeast Asia, new factory setup, or capacity ramp-up is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
