Drive Performance. Deliver Results We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and execute day to day operations across our manufacturing, test loop and overhaul areas. This role is responsible for people, performance, and process - ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes. Requirements: What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or facilities management, preferably in the oil and gas industry - Prefer knowledge of welding, overhaul/teardown, and compressor systems. - Proficiency in inventory systems and basic project management skills - Experience leading operations in industrial, oil & gas, fabrication, or service environments - Strong leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable - Hands-on, problem-solving mindset - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly - Strong communication and team alignment skills - Focus on both execution and continuous improvement - Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet production deadlines or respond to facility needs.
