Operations Manager – Motorcycle Workshop Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-time A new upcoming motorcycle service shop in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the daily operation of the workshop. The business will focus on motorcycle maintenance, servicing, tires, tire installation, detailing, and selected parts/accessories. Responsibilities: Manage daily workshop operations Supervise mechanics and detailing staff Handle customer bookings, quotations, and job flow Manage tires, parts, oils, and consumable inventory Coordinate suppliers and purchasing Monitor sales, costs, margins, and workshop performance Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction Improve productivity, turnaround time, and repeat business Requirements: 3+ years of experience in motorcycle or automotive workshop operations Strong knowledge of motorcycle servicing, tires, and maintenance Experience managing technicians and workshop staff Good customer service and sales skills Strong inventory and supplier management skills UAE experience preferred English required; Arabic is an advantage Motorcycle license or strong motorcycle knowledge is a plus To apply: Send your CV with a short summary of your workshop or automotive operations experience.
