About the Position We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager / Market Center Administrator (MCA) to join our brokerage leadership team and help drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role oversees financial and operational systems, leads onsite and virtual staff, and partners closely with senior and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, profitability, strategic planning, business development, sponsorships, and company-wide growth initiatives. You will help turn growth goals into actionable plans with clear priorities, owners, timelines, and measurements. You will monitor revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and key performance indicators while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and increase profitability. You will also help ensure the company has the people, systems, processes, training, and operational capacity needed to grow successfully. This includes supporting agent recruiting and retention, improving the agent and staff experience, strengthening internal systems, coordinating strategic initiatives, and helping leadership evaluate new opportunities. This is not a traditional office manager or behind-the-desk administrative role. We need a proactive, numbers-driven leader who understands how daily operations affect the bottom line, recognizes what needs to be done, proposes practical solutions, delegates effectively, and follows through until the work is completed correctly. You will establish expectations, assign ownership, monitor performance, and ensure the operation performs at a high level. You will provide the financial and operational analysis leadership needs to make informed decisions about investments, staffing, programs, partnerships, and growth opportunities. You are not expected to do everything yourself—but you are expected to own the outcome and be willing to personally help the team get the job done when needed. What You’ll LeadPeople, Operations, and Accountability Lead, develop, and hold accountable onsite and virtual staff Establish clear priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, and performance standards Delegate effectively, monitor results, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time Coach team members, provide feedback, and address performance issues directly Coordinate vendors, contractors, consultants, and outside service providers Build productive relationships with independent agents and high-producing real estate professionals Lead through influence as well as direct authority Anticipate and resolve problems with urgency, diplomacy, and sound judgment Step in personally when business or staffing needs require it Financial Management and Profitability Participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business planning Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, profitability, and key performance indicators Oversee key operational financial functions and reporting, including commissions, caps, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Ensure financial and operational reporting is accurate, complete, and timely Investigate discrepancies and ensure issues are resolved Identify inefficiencies, unnecessary expenses, and opportunities to improve profitability Provide analysis and recommendations that support executive decision-making Help ensure the brokerage remains profitable and financially disciplined as it grows Systems, Technology, and Execution We need a builder and implementer—not someone who only maintains existing systems. Turn executive priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, deadlines, and measurements Own the implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of Trainual Build and maintain SOPs, training materials, workflows, and backup coverage Use Todoist to manage projects, responsibilities, deadlines, and accountability Lead new systems and processes from setup through rollout, training, adoption, and follow-through Use technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and scalability Ensure initiatives are implemented and used—not simply discussed Executive Leadership and Growth Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior and executive leadership Participate in company planning, operational strategy, and growth initiatives Support agent recruiting, retention, engagement, and production programs Ensure the company has the staffing, systems, training, and operational capacity required for growth Track company goals and provide clear progress reporting Identify operational obstacles and bring forward practical solutions Support business-development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities Help leadership evaluate new programs, investments, partnerships, and growth opportunities Luxury Office and Agent Experience Ensure our office consistently reflects the standards of a top luxury real estate brokerage Evaluate the environment through the eyes of agents, recruits, clients, and guests Maintain high standards for presentation, organization, service, and professionalism Proactively identify and correct office issues before leadership needs to point them out Delegate office-readiness responsibilities and verify completion Recommend and implement improvements to the office and guest experience Support agents with responsiveness, discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment The right person will not walk past a problem because it belongs to someone else. If something does not look, feel, or function at the appropriate level, you will take ownership and ensure it is resolved.
