# Operations Manager (Logistics) - Russian Speaking **Oasis Global Trading FZ-LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities include: Post-fixture activities Overseeing vessels movements and port operations Ensuring efficient communication between the vessels and the company, shippers, receivers, agents, and other involved parties Requirements: 5+ years office experience in commercial post-fixture operations Previous experience as Maritime Commercial Operations Manager within a Ship Owning or Operating Company. Excellent command of English, strong communication, negotiation, and PC skills Experience with Draft Survey's, SOF's, Bills of Lading and Letters of Indemnity. Laytime calculation literate Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Good PC and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet operational deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a commercially focused approach. Ability to work effectively with vessels, charterers, agents, cargo interests, and internal stakeholders. Languages English – Mandatory / Excellent Russian – Mandatory Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Work Location: In person
