Operations Manager – Limousine / Car Rental Company: Summit Limousine / Car Rental Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Job Description Summit is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong hands-on experience in the UAE limousine, chauffeur, car rental, Uber, and Careem sector. The ideal candidate should already understand the complete operational process of running a limousine fleet and should be capable of managing drivers, vehicles, platform registrations, compliance, daily operations, and coordination with Uber and Careem. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the limousine and car rental business Handle and supervise company registration and onboarding with Uber and Careem Manage driver onboarding, activation, documentation, and performance Manage vehicle onboarding, renewals, approvals, and platform activation Coordinate directly with Uber and Careem support when required Monitor fleet availability and ensure vehicles are properly utilized Supervise drivers and ensure professional service standards Handle operational issues, complaints, document rejections, suspensions, and account problems Maintain accurate records for drivers, vehicles, permits, insurance, registrations, and platform documents Ensure all operational and regulatory requirements are followed Monitor driver performance and platform activity Support management with fleet planning, expansion, and operational improvements Identify ways to increase bookings, vehicle utilization, and overall operational efficiency Requirements Previous managerial experience in a limousine, chauffeur, transport, or car rental company in the UAE Strong practical experience with Uber and Careem operations Must understand the complete Uber and Careem registration and onboarding process Experience managing drivers and a vehicle fleet Good knowledge of UAE limousine operations and required documentation Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations Strong communication and organizational skills Good English communication skills Must be based in the UAE Preferred Candidates who have previously worked as an Operations Manager, Fleet Manager, Limousine Manager, or Uber/Careem Operations Manager will be given priority. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Experience: car rental: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
