Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily play area operations and staff. Ensure the safety and security of children, parents, and employees. Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and customer service. Ensure all play equipment, facilities, and activity areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational concerns professionally. Ensure company policies, SOPs, health & safety, and emergency procedures are followed. Coordinate staff schedules, shift assignments, and manpower requirements. Monitor daily sales, bookings, attendance, customer feedback, and operational reports. Coordinate birthday parties, events, activities, and special programs. Conduct regular inspections of the facility and report maintenance or safety issues promptly. Manage inventory and ensure adequate availability of operational supplies. Train and coach employees to maintain service and safety standards. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Maintenance, and Management regarding operational requirements. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management. Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions. Ensure the play area consistently provides a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly experience. Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED9,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
