Operations Manager – HSE & Facility Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's HSE strategy and ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and ISO 45001/14001 standards.
• Drive a strong safety culture through incident investigations, preventive initiatives, and KPI reporting (LTIFR & TRIR).
• Oversee fleet operations, workshop management, vehicle maintenance, RTA compliance, budgets, and telematics systems.
• Manage facilities including plants, offices, warehouses, and yards, ensuring optimal maintenance of MEP systems and contractor performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing HSE, fleet, and facilities teams while supporting digital transformation and ISO audits.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HSE and Facility Management, preferably within the steel, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sectors.
• GCC/UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer (preferred), Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent professional HSE certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE legislation, fleet operations, and facility/MEP management.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
