Operations Manager – Healthcare Centers Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the performance and operational requirements of multiple healthcare centers. The role will lead Center Managers, monitor operational KPIs, and coordinate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and other functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent center operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple healthcare centers. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Center Managers. Monitor center performance, operational KPIs, and service standards. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and other departments to address operational requirements. Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance. Drive process improvements across centers and support standardization of best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations. Manage multiple locations, priorities, and operational concerns effectively. Perform other duties related to operations management as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management , or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience managing multiple clinics, healthcare centers, facilities, or similar operations. Proven experience overseeing end-to-end operational requirements . Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple locations and competing operational priorities. Results-oriented with strong communication and decision-making skills.
