Key Responsibilities Build a proper company structure and reporting system Establish departments such as Sales, Operations, HR/Admin , etc. Recruit and develop managers and key staff Create SOPs, KPIs, sales targets, and staff responsibilities Build and manage the sales department Monitor performance across all branches Implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting Improve efficiency, accountability, and business performance Reduce the Owner’s involvement in everyday operational matters Requirements Strong experience in multi-branch business management Experience building departments and business systems from the ground up Strong leadership, sales, operations, and team-building skills UAE experience preferred Must be hands-on, responsible, organized, and results-driven Location: Dubai Position: Full-Time Reports To: Owner / Managing Director Salary: Based on experience Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
