Job Responsibilities - Oversee the overall daily operations of the hotel, F&B outlets and banquet facilities to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. - Manage hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, guest services, restaurants and banquet operations. - Plan and oversee weddings, corporate functions, private events and other banquet activities, ensuring proper setup, manpower coordination and service delivery. - Lead and supervise department heads and operational staff, including manpower planning, training and performance management. - Monitor sales performance, achieve business targets and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. - Control operating costs, inventory, purchasing and resource utilization. - Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food hygiene, safety and service standards. - Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitor operational performance, review reports and implement improvements to enhance business efficiency. - Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Management or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel, F&B or banquet operations, with management experience. - Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English, with strong verbal communication skills in all three languages. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Good knowledge of hotel operations, F&B management, banquet coordination and cost control. - Able to manage multiple departments and work under pressure. - Willing to work weekends, public holidays and extended hours when required. - Working Hour: 10.30am-2.30pm, 5.30pm-10.30pm Work Location: In person
