Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day business operations within the FMCG sector.

The ideal candidate must have strong UAE FMCG industry experience, excellent leadership abilities, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate operational activities across departments.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain activities.
• Ensure effective utilization of company resources.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role within the UAE FMCG industry is mandatory .
• Strong understanding of FMCG operations, distribution, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
