Operations Manager (Female) 37 hours per week £44,774 – £47,125 per annum , (Dependent upon qualifications and experience) Location: SWA Women’s Centre, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford Driving licence and access to a vehicle is an essential requirement, as the role involves travel across Staffordshire Staffordshire Women’s Aid is looking for an experienced and values-driven Operations Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in the next chapter of our organisation. We’re looking for someone with substantial experience of strategic and operational leadership, a strong understanding of safe and trauma-informed services, excellent people management skills and a genuine commitment to empowering women and children affected by violence and abuse. About the Role As Operations Manager you will: Sit as a full, committed member of SWA's Senior Leadership Team, working in line with SWA's aims, values and policies. Work with the CEO and Board of Trustees to develop, deliver and monitor our five-year strategy, keeping every decision anchored to SWA's vision. Work with the Business and Finance Manager to build and monitor SWA's performance management framework and help shape organisation-wide policy. Own the growth and transformation of front-line services - spotting where we can do more, do it better, or reach people we currently can't. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to those living with, escaping or recovering from the impacts of domestic and sexual violence and abuse in Staffordshire. It's a big, varied role - part strategist, part safeguarding lead, part people manager, part finance partner - and no two weeks will look the same.
